The story
Guests love Talalla Freedom. But when people searched for places to stay in Talalla, the resort didn't show up. Booking sites took a fee on every stay, and the resort had no direct line to its own guests.
The season had already started, so we had two weeks. We built a fast site with Next.js, made to rank for Talalla-area searches. And instead of booking forms, guests message the resort straight on WhatsApp. No middlemen, no fees.
The site runs on AWS with pay-as-you-go hosting, and the resort manages its own banners and sees live visitor data through Dashify. No developer needed.
It went live on time. Now the resort ranks in its own backyard, talks to guests directly, and keeps every rupee of every booking.
